Tranquility Lodge offer superb accommodation - each room is equipped with a double sit-on-top kayak for you to explore the lagoon and its fantastic birdlife. Tranquility Lodge has its own hotpool for you to relax in and enjoy.
Tranquility Lodge have also arranged two complimentary excursions for you: The first is a bridge walking tour on the Bloukrans River Bridge - home to the worlds highest commercial bungy jump and Africa's highest bridge. The second is a tour of the local mampoer distillery located on the Buffalo Hills Game Reserve. The lodge boasts seven double en-suite rooms, one of which is our “honeymoon” or “penthouse” suite with spa bath, fire place and double shower. Beautiful and comfortable, yet simple and understated - this is truly a place to escape to! The lodge is mostly wooden in structure and truly blends with the natural forest of Natures Valley. Boasting a lush indigenous garden that makes you feel that you are hidden away from the outside world. The lodge has an enclosed hotpool and a pool with wooden deck.Regretfully we do not take reservations for children at our Lodge. The environment does not allow for it.
